The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said it has not received any arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Sen. Bong Go and two former police officers, contrary to recent claims circulating online.

NBI Director Melvin Matibag said the bureau has not received any official communication or notice from the ICC regarding such a warrant and noted that the agency remains unaware of the source of the information.

The statement came after Davao City Rep. Paolo Duterte earlier claimed that the ICC had issued arrest warrants against Go and two former police officials, citing what he described as a highly reliable source.

Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian also indicated that he has not received any verified information on the supposed warrants and urged restraint, emphasizing that the matter remains unconfirmed.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) similarly denied receiving any arrest warrant from the ICC.

Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said he coordinated with Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla following the emergence of the claims, but authorities have not received any copy of a warrant.
