Actress LJ Reyes is now engaged to her non-showbiz partner!
LJ announced the engagement on Instagram on Tuesday by sharing several photos of her and her boyfriend Philip Evangelista on a beach and a vineyard in New York City (NYC).
One of the seven photos she posted showed Philip kneeling in front of her with a box of ring in his hands.
After popping the question, the 35-year-old actress was seen getting emotional in the next photos.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope Jeremiah 29:11 NLT," LJ captioned in the said post.

This was also the first time that the actress introduced Philip, who is based in New York, to the public.
Some Kapuso artists congratulated LJ on her engagement.

The actress has been living in NYC with her children Aki and Summer for two years now. She moved overseas following her breakup with actor Paolo Contis, her partner of six years.
