Vice President Sara Duterte has posted bail at the Quezon City Regional Trial Court for each of the three counts of grave threats filed against her on Saturday.
Duterte posted a P120,000 bail for each of the three counts, or a total of P360,000.
The Vice President arrived at the Quezon City Hall of Justice at around 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, following the issuance of the arrest warrant against her.
Earlier Saturday morning, Duterte’s lawyers, including Lim and Atty. Michael Poa, also went to the Quezon City Hall of Justice.
After posting bail, Duterte emerged from the QC RTC and was approached by her supporters, whom she hugged before leaving the courthouse.
The arrest warrant stemmed from the grave threats charges filed against the Vice President.
