A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Monday morning, February 2, according to PAGASA.
However, PAGASA said the chance of it developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours is low.
On Monday, the Shear Line is affecting the eastern parts of Southern Luzon and the Visayas, while the Northeast Monsoon is influencing the rest of Luzon.
