American singer-songwriter Charlie Puth is set to return to the Philippines this October as part of his “Whatever’s Clever” Tour, marking his long-awaited comeback for Filipino fans.
The concert is scheduled for October 14 at the Mall of Asia Arena, one of the country’s premier live entertainment venues. At present, organizers have not yet released ticket prices. However, they have announced the ticket sale schedule, with the pre-sale set for April 20 from 12:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., followed by the general sale on April 23. The Philippines is included in the Asia leg of the tour, alongside stops in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, as Puth expands his regional tour following new music releases. The tour comes after the release of his fourth studio album, “Whatever’s Clever,” under Warner Music. The album features collaborations with a diverse lineup of artists, including Coco Jones, Hikaru Utada, Kenny G, Kenny Loggins, Michael McDonald, and Ravyn Lenae, among others. Puth’s return also follows a significant personal milestone, after welcoming his first child, Jude, with his wife, Brooke Sansone, earlier this year. It will mark his first concert in the Philippines in nearly a decade, making it one of the most anticipated international shows in the country this year.
