House prosecutor Rep. Ysabel Maria “Bel” Zamora said allegations raised by former senator Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes IV against Vice President Sara Duterte and members of her family should not simply be dismissed.

In an interview with DZRH’s Isyung Pambayan on Sunday, Zamora said Trillanes’ allegations should be taken into consideration as the House prosecution continues presenting evidence in the impeachment trial of Duterte.

Trillanes earlier alleged that hundreds of millions of pesos from China, China-based entities and businessman Sammy Uy were funneled to individuals and entities linked to the Duterte family. He presented financial records that he said supported his claims.
