Senatorial aspirant and TV host Willie Revillame expressed his frustration over a viral video showing him scolding people during a campaign motorcade, clarifying that it did not reflect the actual events that transpired.

In an exclusive interview on DZRH's Dos Por Dos on Thursday, Revillame explained that he was reprimanding several individuals for being unruly and blocking senior citizens.

"Lahat naman pinapagalitan ko kapag inaagawan yung mga matatanda," said the TV host.

In the video circulating online, Revillame appeared visibly stressed during the motorcade, throwing and handing out jackets to people.

Revillame expressed disappointment with a showbiz reporter who reposted the video.

Para manira?" said Revillame.

Following the incident, the aspiring senator vowed to summon fake news peddlers if he secures a seat in the Senate.

"Pag ako pinalad sa Senado, lahat ng fake news, lahat ng gumagawa ng hindi totoo, patatawag ko 'yan," he said.

While Revillame did not mention any names, it can be recalled that showbiz reporter and vlogger Ogie Diaz shared the viral clip on Facebook criticizing the behavior of the senatorial candidate.

On the other hand, when asked about his plans if elected, Revillame said there are already many pending bills in the Senate, but the issue lies in implementation, often due to budget constraints—citing a statement by Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano.

Wala daw akong alam, anong gusto niyo — yung madaming alam tapos nanakawan kayo?" said Revillame.

"Ako, hindi ako papasok ng hindi handa ang puso ko, ang utak ko, and my spirit. And it's all God's will," he added.

Revillame filed his senatorial bid as an independent candidate on the last day of filing at the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) on October 8, 2024. He emphasized his sincere desire to help Filipinos despite lacking a formal educational degree or experience in politics.
