Vice President Sara Duterte continued to post the highest net satisfaction rating among top Philippine government officials despite facing an impeachment case, based on the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey conducted from March 24 to 31, 2026.

The nationwide face-to-face survey of 1,500 adults found that 54% of Filipinos were satisfied with Duterte’s performance, while 25% said they were dissatisfied.

This resulted in a net satisfaction rating of +29, classified by SWS as “moderate,” reflecting a one-point increase from her +28 rating in November 2025.

SWS noted that Duterte’s rating remains the highest among key government officials included in the survey. She also maintained her strongest support in Mindanao, where she posted a net rating of +82. Her satisfaction scores improved in Metro Manila but slightly declined in the Visayas and Balance Luzon.

In comparison, Senate President Vicente Sotto III recorded a 44% satisfaction and 28% dissatisfaction rating, resulting in a +15 net satisfaction score, described as “moderate.”

House Speaker Faustino Dy III posted 32% satisfaction and 28% dissatisfaction, with a neutral +4 net rating. Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo received 35% satisfaction and 26% dissatisfaction, yielding a +9 net rating, also classified as neutral.

SWS explained that Duterte’s +29 net satisfaction rating placed her ahead of the other top officials in the March 2026 survey.

The survey used a nationally representative sample with 600 respondents from Balance Luzon and 300 each from Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao.

The margin of error is ±3% for national estimates, ±4% for Balance Luzon, and ±6% for Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
