Vice President Sara Duterte visited Diosdado Macapagal Elementary School in Quezon City on Monday, June 2, to take part in the government’s Brigada Eskwela program, which mobilizes communities to prepare public schools for the opening of classes.
The Vice President joined school officials, volunteers, and local stakeholders in efforts to clean, repair, and prepare classrooms and facilities ahead of the new school year.
Congressman Bong Suntay, who was present during the activity, welcomed Duterte’s participation and expressed appreciation for her support for education initiatives.
