A viral video of a road rage incident involving a vlogger has prompted the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to issue a Show Cause Order (SCO) against the individual.

The footage shows the vlogger refusing to allow another driver to overtake on a public road. At a stoplight, the vlogger reportedly exited the vehicle, approached the other driver, tapped on the window, and verbally confronted them.

LTO Chief Markus V. Lacanilao announced the SCO, requiring both the vehicle owner and driver to appear at the LTO’s Intelligence and Investigation Division (IID) on January 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.

They are to submit a verified explanation as to why they should not be held administratively liable for reckless driving and improper operation of a motor vehicle.

During the investigation, the vlogger’s driver’s license has been suspended for 90 days. Additionally, the vehicle has been placed under alarm status.
