Content creator and bit player Vinz Jimenez went viral on Christmas eve after publicly exposing his girlfriend for allegedly cheating.

The post consisted of screenshots and videos, including a viral clip showing the woman opening a gift that contained printed screenshots which garnered over 359,000 reactions, 30,800 comments, and 376,000 shares online up to this date.

In his caption, Jimenez revealed that he had doubts about her girlfriend's honesty from the very beginning of their relationship. His suspicions, he said, were eventually proven correct.

According to the post, friends of his girlfriend later came forward and told him the truth about what was really happening behind his back, including secrets she had been hiding throughout their relationship. It was revealed that the woman was involved with another boyfriend while also engaging in explicit work.

Although he claimed he was not entirely surprised, Vinz expressed shock, disappointment, and frustration. In his post, he shared feeling “used,” saying he was seen as a chaffer and a free source of food.

The revelation quickly sparked controversy online and became one of the most talked-about topics during the holidays, even being labeled by netizens as one of the “handa sa noche buena” stories people couldn’t stop talking about.

Meanwhile, several social media users criticized Jimenez for posting a private conversation, noting that he could face charges for alleged violations of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, cyber libel, and Republic Act No. 9262, or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act.
