A 63-year-old man was arrested in San Andres Bukid, Manila for allegedly operating an illegal video karera machine, a practice strictly prohibited by Mayor Isko Moreno.

The suspect, identified as Manuel Lula, was caught by Sta. Ana Police inside his home on Dagonoy Street following an Alarm 911 report.

Authorities seized a video karera machine, a motherboard, a hopper, and ₱834 in coins.

Charges for violating Presidential Decree 1602, which penalizes illegal gambling, are being prepared against him.
