House private prosecutor Atty. Lorna Kapunan called attention to several unusual names appearing in acknowledgment receipts tied to the liquidation of confidential funds of the Office of the Vice President (OVP).

During the 14th day of the impeachment proceedings on Tuesday, Kapunan pointed to names including “Matthew N. Keso,” “Miggy Mango,” “Jay Kamote,” “Kristine Applegate Estrada” and “Beverly Claire Pampano,” among others.

The names and amounts reflected in the documents presented during the hearing included:

  • Matthew N. Keso — ₱250,000

  • Miggy Mango — ₱50,000

  • Jay Kamote — ₱200,000

  • Kristine Applegate Estrada — ₱50,000

  • Beverly Claire Pampano — ₱130,000

  • Salah Casim — ₱180,000

  • Renan Piatos — ₱110,000

  • Xiaome Ocho — ₱100,000

  • Kokloy Villamin — ₱50,000

  • Contis, Connor Adrian — ₱50,000

  • Honeylet Camille Sy — ₱350,000

  • Denise Tanya Escudero — ₱120,000

Kapunan's remarks drew attention to the apparent references to food in some of the names, including “Keso,” “Mango,” “Kamote,” and “Piatos.”

The acknowledgment receipts are among the documents being examined in the impeachment proceedings involving Vice President Sara Duterte and the alleged misuse of confidential funds.
