Unhealthy to very unhealthy air quality levels were recorded in parts of Quezon City on Tuesday, September 1, according to the city's air quality advisory.

Quezon City government monitoring sensors detected the elevated levels of air pollution in various parts of the city.

The public, particularly those belonging to vulnerable groups, was advised to wear face masks as a precaution against the effects of poor air quality.

Residents who need to go outdoors are also urged to take necessary precautions and limit exposure to areas with unhealthy air quality levels.
