Mariners are advised to stay in port or seek safe harbor as sea conditions remain very rough to high, with waves reaching up to 12 meters in some northern Luzon seaboards.

PAGASA warns that Uwan will continue west-northwestward today, potentially re-intensifying tomorrow, before turning northeast toward the Taiwan Strait by Wednesday.

Residents in high-risk areas are urged to follow evacuation orders and other guidance from local authorities.
