Two female police officers have filed criminal complaints against Marikina 1st District Representative Marcelino “Marcy” Teodoro, accusing him of rape by sexual assault, acts of lasciviousness, and harassment.

In separate sworn affidavits obtained by DZRH News, the two police complainants alleged that Teodoro made unwanted sexual advances and used his influence over police assignments in Marikina to intimidate them.

The one claimed she was subjected to inappropriate advances and threats when she resisted. While the other officer described similar experiences, saying the lawmaker’s actions violated her dignity as a woman and her role as a uniformed officer.

The two officers filed formal charges of rape by sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness before the Department of Justice (DOJ), escalating the allegations against Teodoro, who previously served as mayor of Marikina before becoming a congressman.

According to a report by Edniel Parrosa, the policewomen have been reassigned to Camp Crame for their protection while the case is under investigation.

Congressman Teodoro has not issued any statement regarding the allegations.
