

Authorities successfully apprehended a Top 10 Provincial Most Wanted Person of the Bulacan Police Provincial Office during an operation in Caloocan City on February 1, 2026.
The arrest was carried out by operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) of Bulacan, in coordination with the Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) and the Caloocan City Police Office. The suspect, identified as alias "Narcing", 52, a resident of Brgy. Lias, Marilao, Bulacan, was apprehended at No. 2217 Zapote Road, Brgy. 178, Camarin, Caloocan, at around 7:20 p.m.
Narcing was served a warrant of arrest in connection with a robbery case under Article 293 of the Revised Penal Code, cited in Criminal Case No. 7477-M-2025, with a recommended bail of Php 100,000. The warrant was issued on December 19, 2025, by Hon. Elenita N. E. Macatangay-Alviar, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 121, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
Following the arrest, the suspect underwent a medical examination and is currently in the custody of the Bulacan Police Provincial Office for documentation and proper processing before being returned to the issuing court.
Provincial Director PCOL Angel L. Garcillano lauded the operation, saying the arrest demonstrates the intensified campaign against crime and the effective coordination among police units, underscoring the provincial government’s efforts to maintain peace and order in Bulacan.
