TJ Monterde’s "Sarili Nating Mundo" world tour officially began in February 2025 and spanned nearly a year of performances across different countries. The tour kicked off in the Philippines before launching its international leg in Hawaii, USA.
In a series of TikTok videos shared by Monterde, members of the SNM40 team were seen gathered for a dinner, unaware of the surprise prepared for them by the singer and his wife, KZ Tandingan. The couple announced that they would be distributing scratch cards, capturing the team’s reactions on camera.
Monterde assured everyone by saying, “Again, walang uuwing luhaan sa trip na ito,” before revealing the prize breakdown: seven winners of ₱5,000, five winners of ₱10,000, three winners of ₱20,000, two winners of ₱50,000, and one grand winner set to receive ₱100,000. The announcement was met with cheers and excitement as the crew hoped to land the top prize.

KZ later handed out the scratch cards, playfully reminding everyone not to scratch them right away to build suspense. One crew member remarked, “Kung kanino man mapupunta ‘yon, deserve niya ‘yon,” echoing the team’s shared anticipation.
Emotions ran high when the crew members discovered the ₱100,000 amount written on their cards, initially believing that only one person had won the grand prize. Confusion quickly turned into disbelief when KZ asked who had the ₱100,000 card—only to find out that every member of the SNM40 team held the same winning amount. Some crew members even questioned if it was a prank.
The moment was finally sealed when TJ confirmed the surprise, simply saying, “Happy SNM40,” prompting tears and celebration from the team.
