

A 17-year-old boy was injured after being stabbed during a clash between two groups in Malate, Manila.
According to a report by Boy Gonzales, the victim sustained three stab wounds to the back in the incident, which occurred along San Andres Street.
Manila Police District (MPD) – Malate Police Station 9 said that the confrontation involved two groups reportedly composed of minors. The altercation escalated into a stone-throwing incident, with some individuals armed with metal objects.
Police immediately responded after receiving a report from a concerned citizen.
The victim was rushed to Ospital ng Maynila, where he remains confined and is undergoing treatment.
Meanwhile, eight minors involved in the clash were taken into police custody. They underwent medical examination before being turned over to the Reception and Action Center.
Authorities identified the primary suspect in the stabbing as alias “John,” 21, who is currently at large.
Police are continuing their investigation to identify other individuals involved, while follow-up operations are underway for the suspect’s arrest.
