Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon also confirmed the arrest in a separate Facebook post.

"Nahuli na po yung lalaking sumampa sa PUV at nag-assault sa mga pasahero," Biazon said.

The suspect will face charges of physical injuries.

"Appropriate criminal charges for Physical Injuries will be filed against the suspect. Inquest proceedings before the Office of the City Prosecutor are scheduled to take place later today," the Muntinlupa police said.
