A 47-year-old driver, believed to be involved in the killing of a Lebanese national in Bulacan, voluntarily surrendered to authorities on Tuesday, December 9.
The suspect, identified as Alyas “Ramil” from Gapan City, Nueva Ecija, personally went to the Baliwag City Police Station and admitted his involvement in the crime.
Police said he brought a 9mm pistol, reportedly used during the incident.
Initial investigations show the crime occurred on November 23 at around 7 p.m. inside a village in Barangay Sabang, Baliwag City. Authorities described the suspect’s surrender as “a big help in resolving the case,” while the victim’s family appealed for justice.
