The Severe Tropical Storm “Sinlaku” has exited the PH monitoring domain, and no Low Pressure Areas (LPAs) are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation, according to PAGASA.
Meanwhile, the ridge of a High Pressure Area (HPA) is still extending over Extreme Northern Luzon.
PAGASA’s forecast weather conditions show that Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.
