The San Antonio Spurs kept their season alive in dominant fashion, crushing the Oklahoma City Thunder 118-91 in Game 6 of the NBA Western Conference Finals on Friday (PH time) to force a decisive Game 7.

Rookie star Victor Wembanyama delivered another standout performance, finishing with 28 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks to lead San Antonio. The Spurs took control early and never looked back, using a balanced offensive attack and stifling defense to overwhelm the defending champions.

San Antonio surged ahead in the opening quarter, 35-22, and maintained a steady cushion at halftime, 60-53. The game broke wide open in the third period, where the Spurs outscored the Thunder 32-13 to build a commanding 92-66 advantage entering the final frame.

Dylan Harper added 18 points, while Stephon Castle chipped in 17. Devin Vassell contributed 12 points and provided a defensive spark with two emphatic blocks.

Oklahoma City struggled to find its rhythm offensively, with MVP candidate Shai Gilgeous-Alexander limited to a team-high 15 points on 6-of-18 shooting.

The Thunder trailed by double digits for most of the second half and were unable to mount any significant comeback as the Spurs continued to pour it on down the stretch.

With the series now tied, both teams head into a winner-take-all Game 7, with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line.
