The Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) has officially unveiled the roster of qualified teams for the AVC Women’s Cup 2026, set to take place in Candon, Philippines from June 6 to 14, 2026.

The Philippines, serving as host, will be joined by 12 other nations, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Chinese Taipei, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam, reflecting the growing depth of women’s volleyball across Asia.

Among them, three Southeast Asian teams—Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines—will look to assert regional pride on home soil.

The AVC Women’s Cup is part of the continent-wide volleyball calendar and serves as a critical platform for national teams to gain international experience ahead of larger championships.

The Philippines, which has steadily developed its volleyball program in recent years, hopes to leverage the home-court advantage to challenge some of Asia’s top teams.

Later in June, the AVC Men’s Cup 2026 will be held in Ahmedabad, India, from June 20 to 28, featuring a lineup of 12 Asian nations.

Both tournaments are expected to deliver high-level competition and thrilling matches for fans across the continent.

The AVC has yet to release the official match schedules and competition formats, which will be announced in the coming weeks.
