Six most wanted individuals were arrested in separate police operations across Bataan on November 1, 2025, as part of the “Ligtas Undas 2025” security deployment and the intensified campaign against wanted persons in the province.
According to the Bataan Police Provincial Office (BPPO) under the leadership of Provincial Director Police Colonel Marites A. Salvadora, the arrests were conducted by various municipal police stations amid full deployment for Undas.
In a series of successful operations, Abucay MPS apprehended the Top 3 Provincial Most Wanted Person for Statutory Rape, while Bagac MPS captured the Top 9 Provincial Most Wanted Person for Qualified Rape of a Minor. Meanwhile, Orani MPS and Limay MPS each arrested their respective Top 1 and Top 2 Municipal Most Wanted Persons, both wanted for Qualified Rape of a Minor.
Additionally, Pilar MPS arrested the Top 7 Municipal Most Wanted Person for violation of Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act, while Balanga CPS captured the Top 5 Municipal Most Wanted Person for Robbery.
Colonel Salvadora underscored that these operations were crucial in ensuring public safety during the long weekend observance of Undas.
“Arresting these wanted persons aims to prevent the occurrence of further crimes. This also serves as a stern warning that such violations will not be tolerated and that all offenders and wanted individuals will be relentlessly tracked down and arrested by authorities,” she stated.
Salvadora added that the BPPO remains committed to maintaining peace and order in Bataan communities, particularly during public events and holidays, to ensure a safe, secure, and peaceful environment for all residents.
