SEVENTEEN members Mingyu, Seungkwan, and Dino are set to begin their mandatory military service in September and October, their agency Pledis Entertainment announced Monday.
In a notice posted on the Weverse fan community, Pledis said Mingyu will begin his military service on Sept. 10, while Seungkwan and Dino are scheduled to enlist on Oct. 26.
The agency also asked fans not to visit the enlistment site for Seungkwan and Dino or Mingyu’s place of alternative service.
“As numerous enlistees and their families will be present at the enlistment ceremony, we respectfully request that you refrain from visiting the site in person on the day of their enlistment,” Pledis said.
The agency added that the three members will participate in all official SEVENTEEN activities scheduled before their enlistment.
“Once MINGYU, SEUNGKWAN, and DINO begin their military service, they will be unable to participate in SEVENTEEN activities. However, they will continue to connect with CARAT through a variety of content prepared in advance,” it said.
Pledis previously announced on July 27 that SEVENTEEN members DK and Vernon will also begin their mandatory military service, with DK scheduled to enlist on August 20 and Vernon on Sept. 8.
So far, Jeonghan is the only SEVENTEEN member to have completed his mandatory military service, which he finished in June 2025, while Wonwoo, Hoshi, and Woozi are currently serving.
SEVENTEEN leader S.Coups is exempt from mandatory military service due to a knee injury, while Joshua, Jun, and The8 are exempt because of their foreign citizenship.
