Senator Bong Go has called on the public to pray for the health of former Executive Secretary Salvador “Bingbong” Medialdea, who was rushed to the hospital after experiencing discomfort during an event in Davao City.

According to Go's Saturday post, Medialdea is scheduled to undergo a medical procedure on Sunday morning.

“Nananawagan ako sa ating mga kababayan na sama-sama tayong manalangin na maging matagumpay ang medical procedure ni dating Executive Secretary Salvador ‘Bingbong’ Medialdea bukas ng umaga,” Senator Go said.

The incident occurred while Medialdea was delivering a message at the Solidarity Walk for Former President Rodrigo Duterte's 81st Birthday. He reportedly felt unwell and was unable to finish his speech, prompting immediate medical attention.

Senator Go urged everyone to keep Medialdea in their thoughts and prayers: “Ipagdasal po natin ang kalusugan ni Former ES Medialdea.”
