‘Surprise A'TIN!’

Filipino pop group SB19 is set to make history as the first homegrown Filipino act to perform on the stage of Lollapalooza, one of the world’s largest and most anticipated music festivals.

The group was officially included in the Lollapalooza 2026 lineup, which was released on Tuesday, March 18.

Sharing the announcement on social media, SB19 told fans, “We’re so thrilled to announce that we’ll be performing on the Lollapalooza stage this 2026!“

“Can’t wait to see you, Chicago!” they added.

The four-day festival is scheduled from July 30 to August 2 at Grant Park.

Alongside SB19, the lineup includes international stars such as Charli XCX, Olivia Dean, Tate McRae, Blackpink's Jennie, Lorde, The Smashing Pumpkins, John Summit, The xx, and aespa, among others.

The announcement drew congratulations from fellow Filipino P-pop group BINI, who posted on social media, “A win for SB19, a win for OPM! Huge congrats on your Lollapalooza journey!

“From PH to the world… mabuhay ang musikang Pilipino!” it added.

SB19’s historic achievement comes just months after BINI was announced as a performer at this year’s Coachella Arts & Music Festival, scheduled for two weekends in April at Indio Valley.

With their Lollapalooza debut, SB19 continues the global rise of Filipino music, marking another milestone for P-pop on the world stage.
