Outgoing Vice President Leni Robredo on Tuesday will be marking the launch of her Angat Buhay non-governmental organization on July 1 and 2 with a street and art festival in her volunteer center in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City.

This comes a day after she stepped down from office as the second-highest official in the country.

"We are officially launching the Angat Buhay program at our Volunteer Center on July 1, 2022. To celebrate, there will also be a two-day street and art festival, where some of the pink memorabilia and artworks we received during the campaign will be featured," Robredo said in a statement.

In the same post, Robredo also shared a link to those who want to physically attend the event. The attendance slots, however, were filled out in two hours since her posting.

Robredo, however, said the event will be live-streamed for those who cannot be there in person.

For those who will not be able to join us, we will be setting up a live streaming link so that everyone can be part of this exciting new adventure for Angat Buhay," she added.

Robredo also released the list of official social media pages of Angat Buhay which include the following:

Back in May, Robredo announced that she will be launching her brainchild program Angat Buhay as the country's largest volunteer network.

Robredo will end her term as vice president on June 30, the same day that her rival, President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos will take office.

Marcos won the presidency in the May 9 elections with 31 million votes.
