Senator Robin Padilla reacted to former president Rodrigo Duterte’s second in-person appearance before the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Tuesday, October 13.
Padilla posted the photo on social media as Duterte attended his fourth status conference before the ICC in The Hague, Netherlands, and captioned it “Forever Young.”
Meanwhile, Senator Bong Go urged the public to continue praying for “Duterte’s health and safety“ as the former president appeared before the court.
In a message shared on social media, Go expressed his support for Duterte and recalled the former president’s service to the country.
“We miss and love you, Tatay Digong,” Go said. “Ipagpatuloy po nating ipagdasal ang maayos na kalusugan at kaligtasan ni Tatay Digong na nagserbisyo po sa atin.“
“Ginawa po niya ang lahat para sa ating mga anak at sa kanilang kinabukasan,” Go added.
It was the former president’s second in-person appearance at a status conference since his detention in March 2025. His full trial is scheduled to begin on November 30, 2026.
Duterte is currently in The Hague, Netherlands, where he faces a crimes against humanity case before the high court.
