Rihanna arrived at the 2025 Met Gala sporting a bold custom Marc Jacobs ensemble with the best accessory of all, her baby bump!
U.S. media outlets reported on Tuesday, May 5, that the singer was the last to arrive at the red carpet event. The singer walked the red carpet cradling her bump and posing for photographs with her partner, rapper and co-chair of the event, A$AP Rocky.
The latter confirmed Rihanna’s pregnancy and thanked those who offered their congratulations at the event.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you,” the rapper told reporters. “I’m glad everybody’s happy for us because we’re definitely happy.”
The biggest night of the year kicked off with several personalities arriving in bedazzled and bold outfits. According to reports, the singer was the last to arrive at the event. This year’s Met Gala is a fundraiser for New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Guests walked the red carpet dressed in extravagant outfits based on the theme, “Tailored for You,” which is a nod to the exhibit “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” The exhibit is specifically focused on the aesthetic of Black Dandyism.
Prior to Rihanna’s appearance at the Met Gala, she was photographed by Miles Diggs, donning a Miu Miu fitted gray blouse and skirt, with a visible baby bump. She accessorized the outfit with knee-high boots, a brown fur stole, and a block cloche hat.
