Red Spiegelman of Pampanga was crowned Miss International Queen Philippines 2026 during the coronation night held on May 16, 2026, at the Maybank Performing Arts Theater in Taguig City, earning the right to represent the country in the international competition.

Spiegelman topped the national transgender beauty pageant organized under the Miss International Queen Philippines, which highlights inclusivity, empowerment, and representation for transgender women in pageantry and advocacy work.

Pageant veteran and crowd favorite Mikay Bautista was named first runner-up, finishing strongly after an impressive performance throughout the competition.

Bautista was widely recognized for her stage presence and experience in the pageant scene, drawing strong support from the audience during the coronation night.

In a statement posted on social media, the Miss International Queen Organization congratulated Spiegelman, saying:
