Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo earned a General Performance Score (GPS) of 741 on the National Medical Admission Test (NMAT), placing her among the Top 1% of examinees nationwide and drawing comparisons online to the viral fictional character “Linda Walker.”
Mateo represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant, where she finished in the Top 21. She graduated cum laude from Iloilo Doctors’ College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
The NMAT is a standardized test required for admission to most medical schools in the Philippines. Results are reported through a GPS ranging from 200 to 800, along with a percentile rank that measures an examinee’s performance against other test-takers nationwide.

Meanwhile, the name Linda Walker has been trending online and is the lead of the Chinese drama “The Heiress Who Won with Brains,” known for her exceptional intelligence–reportedly with an IQ of 180 and scores 719 on a difficult mock exam.
In an interview with DJ Chacha on her YouTube vlog last month, Mateo confirmed that she is preparing to return to medical school.
“It’s a calling, and I’m so happy to share this with everybody that I’m going to go back to med school. I’ve wanted to become a doctor ever since,” she said at the time.
Mateo previously revealed in January that she had been dealing with depression and anxiety, adding that her personal struggles with mental health helped shape her decision to pursue medicine again.
