The weather bureau also warns that sea travel is risky due to rough to very rough seas.
Ramil is expected to cross Central Luzon today and exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Monday morning, possibly re-intensifying into a severe tropical storm over the West Philippine Sea.
PAGASA advises residents to stay alert and follow local authorities’ instructions. The next bulletin will be issued at 2:00 PM today.
