The survey, which asked respondents whom they would vote for if the May 2028 elections were held now, also showed Duterte leading Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo, 51 to 43, in a separate head-to-head matchup.

The nationwide “Ulat ng Bayan” poll was conducted from Feb. 27 to March 2, 2026, among 1,200 respondents aged 18 and above. It was commissioned by the office of Senate Majority Leader Migz Zubiri.

Pulse Asia said the findings reflect current voter sentiment and are not a prediction of actual election results.
