Controversial Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, who has been cited in contempt by the Senate panel investigating the alleged abuses and violence in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, was spotted with former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte in a gathering.

Filipino vlogger Boss Dada TV shared some photos he took with Quiboloy and Duterte in an undisclosed place on his official Facebook page on Sunday, March 10.

Boss Dada TV went to the gathering with his fellow vloggers Banat By and Coach Ol. They are collectively known as the Banatero Brothers.

In another Facebook post, Boss Dada TV showed off their Banatero cap that has the signatures of Duterte, Quiboloy, and Davao City Mayor Baste Duterte.

In February, Quiboloy claimed that there are threats against his life. He said his reliable source tipped him about the United States government and Marcos administration's planned rendition which he defined as "forced entry" to his compound and kidnap and assassinate him.

Last week, the justice department issued an immigration lookout bulletin directing the close monitoring of the religious pastor's departure from any international airport or seaport in the country.

Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin 'Boying' Remulla also announced that child abuse and qualified human trafficking cases are set to be filed against Quiboloy before the Pasig and Davao City Procecutor's Offices.
