

After ordering reorganization, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the oath-taking of the newly appointed officials of the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) at Malacañang Palace on Thursday, Feb 16.
In a Facebook post, the PCO shared photos from the oath-taking ceremony.
"Bilang bahagi ng reorganisasyon ng Presidential Communications Office (PCO), pinangunahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang panunumpa ng mga bagong opisyal ng PCO," it read.
Honey Rose Mercado was appointed as Undersecretary for Traditional Media and External Affairs.
Franz Gerard Imperial was named the Undersecretary for Broadcast Production, while Gerald Baria is the Undersecretary for Content Production.
Patricia Anne Magistrado was appointed as Assistant Secretary for External Affairs.
Three directors were also named, they are Ma. Rhona Ysabel Daoang as the Director of Traditional Media and External Affairs, Marvin Antonio as the Director of Digital Media Services, and Lois Erika Mendoza as the Director of Content Production.
The appointing of new officials was under Executive Order (EO) No. 16, signed by Marcos, seeking to reorganize PCO to ensure rationalization of its organizational structure, functions, and staffing pattern.
