Defense counsel Atty. Michael Poa said Tuesday that their list of witnesses in the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte remains subject to change as the defense continues to assess the prosecution’s presentation.

Poa said the defense has yet to decide whether to present Col. Raymund Dante Lachica as a witness, noting that the team evaluates its options after the prosecution finishes presenting each article of impeachment.

He added that since the trial has yet to conclude its discussion of Article I, the defense cannot yet say who will be called to testify.
