The Philippine National Police (PNP) is eyeing a partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) to address the growing frequency of violence in schools.

According to PNP Chief PGen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr., youth council leaders are uniquely positioned to monitor community activity and spot early warning signs of potential violence before it escalates.
