Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. has ordered the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) to examine all possible angles in the fatal shooting of 24-year-old vlogger Alicia Lipata, known online as “Mima Alicia,” in Caloocan City, including her political content and social media engagement.
