PNP Chief Police General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. said heavy traffic is expected on Friday, October 30, as motorists and commuters head out of Metro Manila to their respective provinces for the long Undas break.

The PNP urged the public to plan their trips ahead of time and leave early to avoid traffic congestion and ensure safer travel during the holiday period.
