The Philippines will experience cloudy skies and scattered rains due to the easterlies on Wednesday, March 25.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the Bicol Region, Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, Oriental Mindoro, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, also due to the easterlies.

For wind and coastal water conditions, Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds moving from east to northeast.

Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon will experience light to moderate winds moving from southeast to northeast.

No low-pressure area is currently being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
