According to Reyson M. Police recovered marked money, suspected marijuana kush, locally grown marijuana, and nine vape devices containing suspected liquid marijuana extract from the suspect. Authorities estimated the seized items to have a combined standard drug price of ₱360,000.
The inventory and marking of the confiscated evidence were conducted in the presence of required witnesses before the suspect and the recovered items were brought to the SJDM CPS for proper disposition and documentation.
Charges for violations of Sections 5, 11, and 26, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, are being prepared against the suspect.
Meanwhile, Jay B. Baybayan, officer-in-charge of the Bulacan Police Provincial Office, said authorities continue to intensify anti-illegal drug operations across the province to protect communities from the harmful effects of narcotics and maintain peace and order in Bulacan.
