Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap has offered a ₱100,000 reward for information that could help locate the last missing passenger following the collapse of Agana Bridge in Tarlac City.

Yap appealed to the public to help authorities find Paul Harvey Collado, who was last seen on Aug. 29, 2026, and was among those involved in the bridge collapse incident on August 29.

The city and provincial governments, along with various government agencies, continue to conduct search and rescue operations for Collado, according to Yap.

She urged barangays, nearby municipalities, neighboring provinces, concerned agencies and the public to remain vigilant and immediately report any information that could help determine Collado’s whereabouts.

Yap said every piece of information could be important in the ongoing search and expressed hope that cooperation among communities in Tarlac and nearby areas would help bring Collado back to his family.

The ₱100,000 reward will be given for successful information or leads that help authorities determine Collado’s whereabouts.
