The official X (formerly Twitter) account of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has been restored after it was briefly hacked, as found by DZRH News on Friday.

A hacker replaced the PCG’s profile information with cryptocurrency trading platform Hyperliquid’s, including its profile picture, name, and even added a link to the platform itself, as seen in the screengrab taken and posted at 10:52 a.m.

An hour ago as of writing, the PCG has added a new post to their account.
