The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) logged a total of 362,947 passengers in ports across the country on Saturday, April 4.

Of this number, 195,257 were outbound passengers while 167,690 were inbound, according to the PCG.

To ensure passenger safety, 16 PCG Districts inspected 1,650 vessels and 3,879 motorbancas.

The PCG has maintained heightened alert in its districts, stations, and sub-stations from March 28 to April 5, 2026, as part of measures to manage the surge of travelers during the Holy Week.
