A 28-year-old man died while another remains missing after four people were swept away by floodwaters in San Carlos City, Pangasinan early Monday, August 31.

According to City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) chief Bernabe Bacani, the incident occurred in a sitio in Barangay Mabalbalino at around 3 a.m. Monday. Two others were reportedly rescued.
