

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the easterlies are affecting the country on Sunday, March 29.
In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
For wind and coastal water conditions, Northern Luzon will have light to moderate winds moving from the southeast to northeast, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
The rest of the country will also experience light to moderate winds coming from the east to northeast, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
As of this writing, PAGASA is not monitoring any low pressure area for possible tropical cyclone formation.
