The northeast monsoon, or amihan, is affecting Northern and Central Luzon on Wednesday, March 18, according to PAGASA.
In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, PAGASA said Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the amihan.
Metro Manila, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, also due to the amihan.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, no Low Pressure Area (LPA) is being monitored inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
