PNP Public Information Chief Brig. Gen. Randulf Tuaño assured the public that all teams are prepared to respond to any incident to ensure the gatherings remain peaceful.
Ahead of the September 21 rallies, the PNP is also monitoring the ongoing transport strike starting today. Authorities said they will keep an eye on any possible harassment of drivers who opt not to join the strike.
